Luggage lockers for rent in Palma

When you rent a locker, our system will generate a unique code to open it. We strongly recommend that you take a picture of this code to avoid forgetting it. It is always necessary to remove your belongings before the deadline, as your locker may be reserved by another customer after your reservation has been completed. Therefore, if you try to open the locker when your reservation has been completed, the system will ask you to pay a penalty fee (the same amount as the equivalent of one day's use of your type of locker). Please note that this will entitle you to a 15-minute period to retrieve your belongings, not another full day.

You can use the service as many hours as you need, but you will have to pay the minimum cost of 24 hours. This means that the rental covers from 00:00 hours on the day of the reservation until 11:59 hours the following day, regardless of the time of arrival (maximum 36 hours in a reservation).

It is not permitted to deposit objects that must be picked up by other persons.

Old Town Lockers is located within the facilities of El Josemari Youth Hostel, which has 24h reception, restricted access by customer card and CCTV circuit, so your belongings enjoy a high degree of security, however, in case of incident, we have insurance for users that can cover losses and damages in certain situations up to limits of 500 € per locker. A police report and proof of negligence or use of force is required.

We do not cover theft of money, jewelry, technological objects, art, antiques, etc. If you choose to store these items it is always at your own risk.

It is forbidden to store in the lockers any object whose possession or trafficking is illegal, such as stolen objects, drugs, pornographic material or any material degrading to human beings. In addition, objects that require a license are not allowed without such license or authorization also being deposited, such as weapons and/or ammunition. The storage of polluting or hazardous materials, such as flammable objects or dangerous substances, is not permitted. It is also forbidden to keep animals or any other type of living being. It is not allowed to bring food into the lockers, except for packaged food that cannot spill, stain the locker or produce odors of any kind.

Old Town Lockers has the great advantage of being located within the facilities of El Josemari Youth Hostel, so you can benefit from the complementary services we offer. You can stay in our facilities as long as you need while you use our services: rent lockers, ask for tourist information at reception, charge your cell phone, consume products from the vending machines, rest in the communal area, surf the internet for free... and much more!
